So I've heard that you can get addicted to Facebook. When I first heard that I thought to myself, "This is ridiculous." But after doing some reading, I've thought more and more that maybe it isn't so ridiculous. Maybe it's a little more scary that ridiculous.

It shocks me that people can honestly become obsessed to the point of ignoring their child or jobs or even jeopardizing their marriages for something as silly as Facebook. Yes, it has become an integral part of our culture – connecting millions of people worldwide, starting revolutions – but honestly it's just a pretend world. It's a way for people to escape the daily harshness we have to face in real life. But come on, people. At the end of the day, you still have your responsibilities here, not in cyberspace.
Peace and love,
Caitlin
wow. I never would have thought an adult would become addicted to Facebook. I can see a kid with nothing else to do but an adult with children?
